Congrats to Michelle Duggar, I guess. The super-mom has popped out her nineteenth child. The baby, Josie Duggar, was delivered on Thursday night, by C-section, and weighed 1 pound, 6 ounces. She’s got a lot of brothers and sisters to take care of her, too – the entire cast of “18 Kids and Counting” on TLC. They’ll have to change that show title soon, too.

Since Josie Duggar was born premature, she’ll have to stay in the hospital for a while with her mom. Reports say that the infant is doing well, and resting in the neonatal intensive care unit. Michelle Duggar had been rushed to the hospital after an attack of gallstones and high blood pressure.
