Today is the 68th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. In observance of this day president Obama is urging federal agencies and interested organizations, groups, and individuals to fly the United States flag at half-staff in honor of those who died as a result of their service at Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941.
