A man of 53 years of age named Philippe Padieu was found guilty to have unprotected sex with several women while knowing that he had been infected by the HIV virus.
A modern-day Casanova, Philippe Padieu, the resident of uptown Dallas, a martial arts instructor was charged of the offence in May 2009 and the Jury of a Court in Collin Country Taxas sentenced him for 45 years of prison.
The story was disclosed when one of the lady who had been on the bed with the Philippe for quite a while and was and knew nothing about the fact that her love mate was the carrier of the deadly virus HIV, was tested for the HIV and was found positive. Phylogenetic analysis and DNA sequencing were used to analyze the reason of transfer and source of the virus and it was proved by the results that the person who transported the HIV virus was Padieu. This is third time in American history that these tests are used to convict a man.
